Thursday Sept 12th is the Lil' ROAR ON 54! The GMS Lions will take on the EMS Tigers on Thursday, starting at 4:30pm. There will be lots going on with the "Ticket-to-Drive" Car promotion and a rivalry game on the field!

September 6 was "Read a book" day, so students and teachers took five minutes in Pride Time to enjoy screen-free reading time! The librarian, Mrs. Karber, popped in to encourage reading and take pictures.
Makerspace opened in the library this week! If they are caught up on their work, students can come and show their creativity by building with STEM activities or creating art.

In addition to our 8th Grade VB teams traveling to Salina South , GMS is kicking off the first home football game, hosting Girls Tennis, and 7th Grade Volleyball with Jersey Thursday. Students and Staff wear a jersey or shirt from your favorite team to school and to the game!

Welcome to the Goddard Education Foundation's Ticket-to-Ride Raffle Campaign! We’re thrilled to offer you a chance to support our students and win big! With each ticket you purchase—one ticket for $25 or a 5-pack of tickets for $100—you’re helping enhance education in our schools. Plus, $10 from every ticket can be designated to the USD 265 school of your choice, and 100% of the proceeds stay right here in our community.

A minimum of 4,000 tickets must be sold by the GEF for the First Prize Winner to choose from a 2024 Chevy Blazer EV ($50,470 MSRP), a $35,000 credit toward the purchase of any vehicle at a Don Hattan Dealership, or $25,000 in cash!
Tickets can be purchased between 10:00 a.m. on August 19th, 2024 and 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 20th, 2024, OR until all 8,000 tickets are sold. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets. The raffle drawing will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24th, at 201 S. Main St. Goddard, KS 67052.
