We are thrilled to announce that 30 Innovative Teacher Grants were awarded to dedicated USD 265 educators across the District on Friday, December 5th, 2025! These grants will fund innovative projects, purchase cutting-edge resources, and create inspiring learning experiences for our USD 265 students. From STEM equipment to enhanced literacy materials, our teachers are bringing innovation into the classroom!
The Innovative Teacher Grant program is a direct result of the support generated throughout the year. The GIVE. GRATITUDE. GODDARD. campaign is one of the ways the GEF is able to raise funds that invest in the future of our students and the passion of our educators.

Happy Tiger Trait Tuesday! Our focus trait for the month is empathy. I am sure you will be hearing more about this in the next two weeks.
This great group won their own LCD writing tablet. These are so cool and so much fun to use on the go or at a restaurant while waiting for dinner. Neat to draw a picture on or play an intense game of tic tac toe! Congratulations!

Goddard High Girls Basketball team would love to invite anybody who may need a night out without the kids to please sign up for a night out at Goddard High Friday December 19th. They have a lot of fun things to do with the kids. They are trying to earn a little extra money as they would like to add a set of black jerseys to the inventory at Goddard High. This is your chance to maybe do that last minute Christmas shopping or just a night out.

Wrapping up such a memorable week with a Tiger Ticket drawing for the students as well as some of our staff! We wanted our students to notice all the hard work staff members have done this week with the feast prep and to see how even adults show respect, perseverance and responsibility in the school setting. Our students won a jar of Play Doh Fizzies and then our staff members won 10 dollar gift cards (Ms. Nikodym also won, but is not pictured!). Please enjoy and have an amazing Thanksgiving Break!
